Pickup, Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

We make every effort to process and ship your order within 2 business days. We ship via USPS priority mail as well as UPS ground. Tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided by you at check out.

LOCAL PICK UP:

If you select local pick up at check out, we will have your items ready by the end of the business day. You will receive a notification that items are ready for pick up to the email or phone number you provide at check out.

Our store address for pick up is at 1150 Main Street Saint Helena, CA.

Local Delivery (within city limits) can be arranged by calling our store at 707-968-5030.

RETURNS

 *ALL RETURNS WILL BE REFUNDED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY*

ONLINE RETURNS:

We are proud to offer free returns on all Online Orders. We offer a 14 day return policy from the time your order was placed. To process a return please email tiffany@tiffanyandkids.com or call the store at 707-968-5030. We will gladly email you a pre paid shipping label for you to send back items to return.

Upon receipt of your items, we will process the return within 1-2 business days and refund you via gift card as Store Credit that can be used in store or online.

All SALE (discounted) items are considered final sale.
